In client home (dependent on location and clinician availability)The office is located:

Fees
Treatment, 30 minutes in office: $95
Treatment, 45 minutes in home: $150 (travel fee extra)
Initial assessment: $150An official receipt is provided after every visitPayment by e-transfer or cash
